Welcome to AV Infocom. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of AV Infocom's Website and Services, located at [https://www.avinfocom.com/] and our registered office in Amroha.

By accessing this website or engaging our services, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use AV Infocom if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Services Provided

AV Infocom provides IT services including, but not limited to:

• Laptop & Computer Repairs.

• Sale of Refurbished/Used Laptops (Retail & Wholesale).

• CCTV Camera Setup, Installation, and Repair.

• Printer Repair and Maintenance.

• Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).

• Website Development and Design.

2. Repair Services & Liability

• Data Backup: It is the customer's sole responsibility to back up all data before submitting any device (Laptop, Computer, or Mobile) for repair. AV Infocom shall not be held liable for any loss of data, software, or media.

• Estimate & Approval: Repair estimates are subject to change upon a detailed internal inspection. We will seek customer approval before proceeding with additional costs.

• Unclaimed Items: Devices left for repair and not picked up within 90 days of the completion notice may be disposed of or sold to recover repair costs.

3. Sales (Refurbished & Used Laptops)

• Warranty: Refurbished laptops are sold with a limited warranty of [e.g., 30/90 days] covering specific hardware components only. Software issues or physical damage caused by the user are not covered.

• Wholesale Orders: Wholesale pricing is subject to minimum order quantities. All wholesale sales are final unless the units arrive dead-on-arrival (DOA).

4. CCTV & AMC Contracts

• Installation: Customers must provide necessary access and power points for CCTV installations.

• AMC Terms: Annual Maintenance Contracts cover labor and routine check-ups. Replacement of parts under AMC is subject to the specific terms agreed upon in the individual contract.

5. Website Development

• Timeline: Project timelines are estimates and depend on the timely provision of content and feedback by the client.

• Ownership: Upon full payment, the client owns the front-end design and content of the website. AV Infocom retains the right to display the project in our portfolio.

6. Payment Terms

• Payments are due upon completion of the service or delivery of the product.

• For Web Development and Large CCTV installations, a 50% advance deposit is required.

• We accept Cash, UPI, and Bank Transfers. All registered business transactions will include applicable taxes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AV Infocom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or hardware products.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Amroha, Uttar Pradesh.
